Incorrect billing

I am disgusted that there are no control on the billing for my account, four (4) months of billing of R554 instead of R330, one of the months they claim for technical assistance, this was for faults from the original installation; how do you have to pay for things that does not work?.. everytime I call the finance section I am getting a different story, please correct it immediately or I am canceling my contract.
