Incorrect billing/Terrible service

I had taken a new contract with MTN corporate in June and was assisted by the Key accounts manager (Dimpho Leisa). For the past 2 months i have been billed incorrectly. I have sent numerous emails and left a number of messages for Dimpho. I have also logged faults with the customer services and billing departments. As yet, this has not been resolved. Absolutely terrible service!!!
