PAY PAY PAY!! no redemption

Noticed that a debit order was coming off my account every month of which i was not aware. took me quite some figuring out to find that it was Telimatrix. They never canceled my Account with them even though i had not been with them for 4 years. i phoned and asked if they could cancel it and if they would refund me the money that i was paying every month for a service i was not using!!! they said no they would not refund me and that the money i was paying was a loss to me. i find that really ridiculous and terrible customer service. so if i did not pick up on this i would of kept paying the 163 buck every month. so in turn i have lost R7, 776.00 over the four years and they will not refund me!!! what a joke!!!
