Pathetic service!!!

Im with mixtelematics tracker now for 3 years... the service has gone worst as time goes by... iv called in last week over 10 times with regards to solving my query... all I got back was a call yesterday morning from a lady who abruptly told me that she only received a message friday morning... her tone of voice said it all... total dont care attitude... the call cut and she did not even have the decency of calling me back... taking into consideration that I have tried more than 10 times... all I wanted was to re instate my debit order as it bounced and to continue with my arrangement on the account... which till this point is still not possible... how does mix telematics wish to remain in this competitive industry when clients are treated in this way?...plz can somone else call me other than the person that was handling this account... so I could re instate my debit order and continue with my arrangement on this account???
