Tracker is unable to process my debit order due to an "invalid account number" for my banking details, despite my having confirmed the correct details with their call centre numerous times. I decided that, since this issue had not been resolved after months of queries, to notify them of my paying the account manually via EFT instead of a debit order; only to be told that they "don't accept EFT payments". Due to the fact that I drive a high-risk vehicle I am required by insurers to have a tracking unit fitted to it, but am seemingly blocked from paying the account. Due to this, the account has run into arrears and is negatively affecting my credit profile, yet nobody at Tracker seems to take my case seriously. At the time of typing, I had been waiting 40 minutes for the customer service co-ordinator who would have contacted me "within 15 minutes" to phone me
