Unauthorised Debit orde

To Whom it may concern. I had my Beame fitted first week of January. I bought a Brand new renault Clio from the renault branch in Wonderboom and they said that you are a very reputable copmany so I deided to go with you. I signed a 3 year contact whereby i DO NOT pay a monthly instalment for my beame, after the 3 years I can decide to go on if I want then I will be billed monthly. I received an sms on the Tuesday 28 Jan stating that my account will be debited with R89 on the 01/02/14. I phoned and spoke to Curt and he said that the issue will be rectified, I also immediately contacted Renault and they said the problem is sorted. To my shock I checked my account and the Debit order did go off on the 01/02/14. technically this is, how can you debit my account for something I did not sign a contract for? I spoke to a Melissa on 04/02/14 and she checked the system and even told em herself that my Acc should not be debited and the funds might be in my account again by Friday 07 February. I am telling you now, this was done without my consent and I am giving you 24 hours to rectify this issue and within 24 Hours the funds will be in my account or I take this furthe
