Poor service - serious concern

Good day,
I have been billed R 1600 over and above my normal premium subscription on 1 Feb 2014. This aggravated by the poor admin services provided over the past 5 months or so has really upset me as a loyal client.
Tracker please note, I don't intend on giving you a bad review but I think this may be the only way to get your undivided attention to resolve my account issues. Please give me a call urgently to settle this matter.
