TRACKER admin WAY OFF THE MARK!!!

I have received to date at least 6 sms's over the past month telling me that my vehicle is being towed.

Firstly, I am NOT a client of TRACKER CONNECT.
Secondly, I live in Cape Town and my number plate has no GP in it. I can prove it.

Upon calling TRACKER earlier this month they promised to correct this and we STILL CONTINUE to receive sms's that our vehicle is being towed - KKH403GP!!! The latest sms's are from Mon and then again on Weds.

Either the tracking device is too sensitive or this poor sod's vehicle is being towed every few days!!! Seriously? If you can't get basic info correct how do you protect your clients?

I have asked TRACKER admin to DELETE my cellphone number - I can prove its mine and I live in Cape Town. The admin lady couldn't confirm she would do this but 'logged a request'.

In all honesty, I think it is pathetic that TRACKER out of all companies CANNOT get to the bottom of it this. Perhaps writing to HELLOPETER brings a sense of urgency to this SECURITY ISSUE!!!
