Continous Poor Service, regret signing up with Blue

Good Day,
I had sold my house last year and asked the new owner of the property if he would like to take over the contract to which he agreed. I had emailed the contracts department in October last year to inform them of the change.
After a follow up email in Oct13 to enquire whether the contract was transferred to the new owner of the property, the response I got was "yes, it is in the process of being loaded" email dated 01/10/2013.
My October debit order went off my bank account but I was refunded.
4 months went by and I received an email for a Blue Security Invoice for monthly subs. When I enquired on this to make sure I will not be debited, the lady I spoke to me assured me that my bank account WILL NOT be debited. Then to my amazement I was debited on 31/01/2014 for the invoice amount which I had not budgeted for.
The sad story that I got was that the new owner of the property failed to take over the contract.
This is not true. The new owner told us that he wanted to take over the contract but received extremely poor service from BLUE (he wanted additional security items fitted but this never materialised).
Extremely frustated and dissatified. Consistent Poor Service.
