Unauthorised debits and refusing to refund

To whoever reads this,
I signed up at the end of last year, and since then strange debits have been going off on my account. I query and get told it's renewals etc, but when I signed up I paid until the end of this year.
At this point I instructed them to terminate as I was going somewhere else who doesn't from people.
I've had numerous email conversation with Wendy Ngcobo and nothing seems to be getting done about it.
Who do I need to speak to so that a refund of the money "" from me can be made and this "service" canelled at I requested many weeks ago now.
I have also requested to be emailed only so there is a proper record of events, then I get an email saying they tried to call me and they don't even have my correct number.
Enough is enough now, sort it out!
