I have been billed for the last 7 to 8 months for a 'magazine' that i have NEVER requested. Firstly my 1st complaint to them was the fact that for the first couple of months i was not receiving any statements at all... then when they finally did send me the statements i realized i was getting a subscription to a magazine that i have never requested.

I called on the 13th of Jan 2014 to cancel this feature and ask for my refund, i was told that it would be cancelled and that NO MORE charges with be encured on the account, as well as a refund on all the past debits.

my account went off over the weekend for the same amount. So i called again today and NO notice of a refund, and i was still debited for this magazine.

I was told that my past call was a day before their debits are finalised, so i had to pay again and i will be refunded... this was NOT noted to me at all, and now i have to wait again.

I have blocked all debits from TFG so no debits can be retracted from my account until they show SOME profesionalism and fix their mistakes.
