CONTINUED PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ADT

Since my last complaint I have continued to receive pathetic service from your technical staff. the technician who came out, did not manage to finish the work on one day and had to make a follow up visit to finish the work. The first time he worked on the system your technician disabled my front door sensor and deactivated LED's. In the subsequent visit your technician fixed the problems he caused and connected the alarm system to the phone line, in the process he damaged a water pipe in my roof. I have had to get a plumber out to fix the pipe. I expect ADT to reimburse me the for the plumber costs.
Now i have a problem with the keypad your technician worked on and have multiple zones being activated. I have also recieved an sms stating that I have exceeded my 5 monthly armed respone call outs and will be charged extra. I refuse to pay extra as the problem was caused by ADT staff. I can not keep taking off from work for ADT to fix the alarm. ADT should fix the system after hours at there own costs! This complaint was emailed to ADT 3 days ago, with out a response Ticket: EE46682520804. I also refuse to have the same Technican on my property again.
