Tracker Connect
A load of three million and a truck of 1.5 million

I have got a contract with tracker for al the movements and sms's and roaming.
On the 10/05/2013 the truck disappeared after Zerust, and I start investigate by phoning the call centre at 0800132323, 0119984500/2. And then spoke to the people at tracker working in the call centre. And I have then reported the problem to them, tell them that this is a very serious matter, they put me through to several different people. Quinton Welman, Bruse, Asly, Klintin and Toney. Not one of these people was able to help me with my problem, regarding my truck and the load of 4.5 million that is missing. everyone of them had a different excuse, Toney the last person i9 spoke to told me he will phone me back, and that was on Friday 10/05/2013, he told me that he cannot do anything for me I must go to my nearest police station, to go and report the truck and the load, for insurance prepuces. So why do I have tracker if I can just go to a police station they are suppose to do such things. That is why is pay them to do all of these things. It is Monday afternoon 13:15 no results yet form tracker to solve this problem. I think this is very bad service!!!
