Pathetic service

I had RSS at my place over a month ago to install a new wireless alarm system. The installers told me that one of the connectors from the garage to the house was faulty and they did not have a spare one to use. I had to follow up a week later with Tina, who eventually sent a senior technician to verify the faulty connector and no stock to replace this! To date, this has not been sorted and it is shocking the avoidance tactics employed at RSS. the sales person will not respond to me mails. The office staff Tina and Debbie, avoid my calls and put me on hold when I asked to speak to manager Brad. I evetually emailed Brad and called him on his cellphone, yet nothing has been done to sort this out. RSS you are in breach of the contract you signed with me. You are debiting my premiums and never installed goods of efficent quality in the first place. I run the risk of my insurance repudiating my claims because of yoru gross negligence. I am lodging a complaint here, as this seems the only way you guys actually respond. I want you to remove the alarm, refund me my monies and I will find a reputable supplier to assist me.
