Failure to Pay Monies Owed to me

Following my previous report, I received 2 calls, one from a lady at head office informing me that payment will be effected and another requesting proof of payment. This was requested even though no installation would have been done had i not made the payment into the Adt Bank account. I sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] on 14 January 2014 and have not received payment as yet. I have not received a call from a Manager either. This company is clearly a ship at sail with no Captain or its employees behave in a manner indicative that the leadership do not live out their values either. I am now going to take to the news media and expose them for their unprofessionalism.
