No signal from new vehicle for 2 months!

I purchased a new vehicle in December 2013 and had the tracker account from my old vehicle transferred to my new one. East Coast fitment centre were pointed out as the closest to me and I duly took my vehicle there to have the unit installed. There was no sound when I armed the tracker so I had to take it back a week later. Once this was resolved I asked for a test 2nd week in December and still await their call back! I tried the test again 1 st week in January and was informed that they could not pick up a signal from my vehicle. I was assured that East Coast will sort this out in the presence of Nestar QC inspectors but NOTHING happened. I call the Customers service again last week and was again assured that a QC inspector will accompany East Coast to sort out my problem. I have proof of the same thing happening with my old vehicle and only after registering a complaint on Hellopeter was something done so heres hoping again. What happens if my car is in the meanwhile? Do I still pay for a service that I have not received this past month?
