WONGA DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS CONCERNS

I took a loan with Wonga and i made an early payment 26-03-2013. i send wonga a proof of payment and i made a follow up the same day (with Wonga call centre), to confirm if my proof of payment was received. the lady i spoke to confirmed that proof of payment was on file. Howe ever notices that wonga is still debiting my account. i made another follow up on the 28-03-2013. Wonga consultant confirmed that Proof of payment was received and they will have to trace the payment, he (promised) that it will be resolved before the end of that same day.

On the 2nd of April i noticed that wonga has not attended to this matter. i called the call centre and i spoke to the consultant (Mr Killian), i requested to talk to a manager he informed me that a manager will call me back in 15Min. 30 min later there was no call from the manager. i called the call centre i requested a manger i was referred to manager to took my concerns and promise that he will call me back same day, how ever i have not got a call back. Well mid night i got an sms from wonga informing me that they did not get my payment most of all i received an email stating that there is an interest edded on my load.
