Sun Physios don't care about appointments!

I have made several appointments with Sun Physios at Sunward Park, next to Sunward Park Hospital after I had my neck vertebrae fused and another operation within weeks to my shoulder. I had a lovely physiotherapist who I wanted to stay with! I made several appointments, of which 3 were bungled up. I had to arrange for lifts to get me there, to be told, "sorry, there is no appointment for you, you will have to make another"! I can accept 1 mistake, maybe 2, but 3 is really stretching it. I left a message for Leigh Ingles to phone me. No response. I left a sms for her on her own number on the 4/6/2013 at 18:37, and she could still not be bothered to contact me. Well if this is the attitude of the owner, what to you expect of the admin staff! They expect cancellation within 2 hours or they charge you, but what about them bungling their appointments, without so much of an apology! What do you get out of it! Definitely not my business, ever again! Sorry, but a very good physiotherapist has just lost my business!
