ADT risked our lives. No respond – WHY?

I was waken up by a weird sound of my alarm at 3:25. All door were closed, they only the tap out side and left the water running out. Frm the sound something was wrong at the roof. I pressed the panic button & the alarm went on (very loud), now there were 2 sounds, the normal loud alarm & the weird sound. ADT did not phone. then loud normal alarmsound went off by it self, the other werid sound of the alarm went on repeating with a 2second pause in between. From the weird sound that woke me up i knew something was wrong. WHY WAS MY ALARM INTERUPTED (THE WEIRD ALARM SOUND THAT WOKE ME UP) AT THE SAME TIME THAT MY TAP WAS STOLLEN? A minute after getting no phone call frm ADT i dailled ADT emergency number. Told to a lady (forgot to take her name) said someone will come to my house. After 20mins STILL WAITING FOR ADT, PRESS THE PANIC BUTTON AGAIN- AND NO CALL FRM ADT. THEN I PHONED ADT AGAIN & TALKED TO SYLVIA SAID RESPONCE CANNOT LOCATE MY HOME. I waited & phoned for the 3rd time talked to Briget who told me the same thing but no one is dilling my number for direction or just to check how i am while i wait. phoned for the 4th time after waiting for an hour & ADT only arrive now
