How does this company operate. First off my account was double debited this month. And I am not going to send you a copy of my bank statement to prove this. If you cannot work out why and how this happened then please cancel my direct debit going forward and refund me the money taken then month.

Second the tracker is fitted to Audit Q5 and not a Q7, so please get your systems up to date. Hang you cannot even track your billing and what car the tracker is fittted. Get your systems up to date
