Technician damaged radio during installation

Altech Netstar came to fix my tracker on friday the 5th and when the guy was finished my sound was not playing through my speakers. (my radio and speakers are all Factory fitted and standard) and when i phoned to report it i got told the supervisor would contact me back.
On monday i still never got a call so i phoned twice again when i eventally got help they told me a guy will be by me at 7 to fix the car. That afternoon i got a call saying they dont work still that time so i eventally got them to send a tech to fix it after nearly 2 hours he left saying its still not fixed and i must send the car to BMW and if they can prove its there fault they will pay otherwise its my problem.

I had paid for two months for the tracker and it took 4 times to finally get it working and once it was working they broke my sound which shouldn't even be touched if they fixing a tracker.
