Unauthorised Debit Order from My Account

I called Budget insurance last week on Tuesday to request a quotation and I told the gentlemen that i was speaking to that i needed to check more quotes before I could confirm their quote, however, he went on and approved my quotation without my concerned. when he called me the next day he told me that I needed to speak to Cindy to cancel the policy which I did but Cindy told me that their system was down and that she will call me back as soon as it was up and running again. She never did and yesterday the debited my account with an amount over R800, 00 and was told that I need to wait 7 working day for it to be reversed into my account or go into the bank and get the the debit order reversed but when I got to the bank was told that it would cost me an amount of R140 to reverse both the debit orders they did. I've now been trying to get a hold of Budget Insurance for the past three hours on the number: 0860 25 25 46 and it constantly says the number is Busy. I am very unhappy with the service and the inconvenience that all of this has caused me!
