Efficient and reliable in a crisis!!!

I have to commend the SSG Security Staff (operating the Boom at 1st Avenue/Dickie Fritz) who were so efficient in arranging an ambulance for my Mom who was critically ill and required urgent transfer to the Linksfield Hospital. They were able to arrange for an Emer-G-Med Ambulance to be dispatched with all due haste and this assisted in getting my mother the required medical attention in time. The patrol car accompanied the ambulance to the house and Peter (of SSG) assisted them in getting my Mom transferred to the ambulance without any glitch. Peter, along with the Emer-G-Med ambulance attendance (Justin and Rae) demonstrated extreme level-headedness and genuine sympathy and concern through the entire situation and their prompt and professional actions truly saved the day. They are all to be commended. I cannot thank them enough for keeping it all together for us.
