Horrific service!!!

We had a tech come over to fix passives tech on the 14th. When we tried to activate the alarm the next night it would not activate. We phoned and asked for a tech to come and sort out the problem but were told that we would have to pay an additional call out of R400 because it was weekend - or go without an alarm for the entire weekend. The tech on duty refused to stop his car and take down my number and get his boss to call me. ADT is more than happy for us to be without an alarm system because of a fault of their own tech or to pay R400 extra or more because of their mistake!!! We will be cancelling our contract and that of my grandmother's in Sasolburg because of this disgusting, shocking service.
