I just experienced the worst service ever! I'm actually disgusted in the guy that answered the phone because I just phoned to get a little more info hence I'm dealing with their other branches (CCID & VRCID) but BBID is unethical! I phoned the cell number that was provided on the internet and this guy that answered did'n't even give me a chance to talk and he just hang up afterwards, how rude!!!
