CHUBB - PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Complaint Complaint and yet another Complaint!!! From day one, early September I have had issues, Virna Simon was very quick to sign me up. After that I had to call MANY times, no business card, no contract or agreement about the service ever sent to me, eventually after I made scenes the guy came in to set our password. Then our alarm went of few times, NEVER did Chubb call me once! They did not even have my freakin CELLNUMBER! and called me at my job!!! Then, when I wanted to cancel, I was told that I wil be liable for 3 months bills and also received another unexpected bill for apparant annual connection fees - about R620- WHICH NEVER WAS COMMUNICATED to me! but in fine print - if I had a contract I could have read through it to see what the I was getting myself into! Many calls/complaints later I have managed to cancel the service after 1 month. Then I was told that I need to bring in radio 7days after notification date 1Dec else I Will be charged- this letter i received 27 Dec! I went on holiday at that time!!! Yesterady sent an email asking if I can bring radio Saturday cause working -got an sms "they want to collect - NO CHARGE! " This morning - wrote me an invoice!???
