Fleet owners stay away

We have a small fleet of vehicles & had tracking devices fitted through Netstar. Some of our vehicles were registered on the Cybersleuth website, others on Vigil (not by our request). We have to access two websites to draw locations, reports etc. & one website we believe is less functional. Both sites are extremely slow & we are sometimes dropped or the system just keeps on running & does not deliver a report.
Some of our vehicles were tracked in other countries? We've had an instance where the tracker unit was not working, this vehicle was taken in a couple of times to have the unit repaired & still does not work. Waste of company time & money every time. The panic buttons on some of our vehicles were fitted where they are continuously bumped, we were informed this happens often - why fit the buttons in this position if you know there is a problem? Midnight phone calls where there is no emergency situation?
Quite often trying to get someone to answer the customer is also an experience, holding for more than 10 minutes or the call goes straight to voice mail.
