With ADT for 2 months and Already 3 Complaints

First Complaint: Haven't been a client with ADT for more than 3 months and the service is already appauling. I emailed the Sales Exec who came out to the property to arrange the contract. When contacting him a few weeks later to query ADT's products, no response was received. instead i had to run after them to get a response.

Second Complaint: Alarm is triggered and there is no phone call, only after 12 minutes did the Contact Centre call to see if everything was fine. 12 minutes?? Really?? I am paying for rapid response. Not 12 minutes of uncertainty wondering whether or not my security company is coming to save me.

Third Complaint: First debit order was agreed upon to run off on the 25/01/2014. It ran off 23 days early. How and why is it that what is agreed upon with the sales exec is not carried through in the first instance. Why am i, the customer, required to run after the sales exec when it's your badly mess up in the first place!???!!

Fix it!! Get it Done!! I'm not paying you for incompetence.
