No follow up

On the 24th of December 2013, called ADT to please patrol to ensure that my property was safe. I advised ADT that i was going to be away just for a day and will be back again on the 26th of December 2013. All was agreed and i left the area. On the 26th of December 2013 i was back home as i had promised. To my disappointment i found out that one of my lamp on the front boundary wall in the street was. I called ADT the very same day to ask as to where was their patrols at that time and as well as to what was ADT going to do about the issue and no one came back to me to advise of the solution. I have called ADT 3 times and no one as still bothered to advise as to what are they going to do with this issue. This is just 1 incident out of 2 other critical incidents that ADT has not delivered. 1, was nearly hijacked at my gate, ADT as the last out of the securities in region to arrive, 2, 2 men went to my yard where my daughter pressed the panic button, 2 calls between myself and myself were made direct to ADT to please response as that was life threatening situation, ADT arrived 20 minutes after the effect. why am i paying ADT monthly??? and such huge amount for the bad service
