What do I pay for?

Yesterday at 17H30 my ADT lock ws from gate. Reported to the cntrl room and askd for assistance. They promised to call me back. I made another 2 calls in an hour but still did not receive any response. At 18H30 I pressed the panic button to see if it would have an effect - nobody called to follow it up. At 18H35 the roadside controller stopped at my gate re the lock and I had to go to him. He told me that they do not have locks and after I insisted to be helped as they were after all my SECURITY company I was told that he need to go to the OFFICE to contact his boss. I wanted to know why he could'nt phone or do it by radio but he ignored it and said he will go to the office to call. The guard came at 18h45 regarding the panic button... Until 21H00 last night I made 8calls
without anybody returning my call. On the last call I was livid and was put through to the roadside controller. He DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DISCUSS IT WITH HIS BOSS - he was BUSY at the bridge. In summary - I PAY ADT but they do not have cell phone contact with their management, neither radios
and if there is another incident to attend to they do not have any manpower to attend to it. If I used my
