My Alarms goes off constantly at my house, Chubb phones me to tell me there is a signal stating "burglary" and i tell them the story about the broken alarm that goes of randomly.
They booked a technician after about 10 calls, he came out and replaced 2 sensors. The problem continued and I have had about 30 calls due to "burglar signals" and every time I ask that they book a technician.
I have spoken to Nicky who apologized for the inconvenience and poor service, but till now no-one has confirmed a visit from a technical.
This is absolutely ridiculous! I am fed up with poor service!
