Maxidor
Deposit taken and no feedback since

Good day,

I am writing this in the hope that I get feedback from Maxidor - Hector the salesperson was quick to do the quote and get me to pay the deposit, and promised an installation date. However once this was done I received one SMS from Maxidor informing me that someone would contact me... a week later and nothing. Hector does not respond to SMS or emails and it would appear that he is happy to take clients money and "run" not bothering to follow up.

With this level of customer service I am not convinced that the quote that Hector prepared was accurate and therefore would like a refund of my deposit.
