I cancelled my contract, with 30 days notice, but still had a debit order deducted at the end of that month. When I reported it, I was told it would be reversed. Many lengthy calls to the call centre later (10min just on hold), and I still cannot get a proper explanation, or my money back. Quick to take your money, very slow to give it back... While fairly helpful (though not amazing) the staff seem to have very different ideas of how things work, cannot explain their processes, and have a tendency to speak while you are already speaking. Overall, it has been a very unpleasant experience, and getting the contract was not much nicer (it was a sign and I ignored it at my own peril). I am very glad that I will eventually be rid of that contract, and will not recommend them to anybody.
