I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL A CONTRACT WITH ADT for over 2 weeks now. I have been holding on the line now, over one hour while being shoved around from pillar to post. Their call centre has an option for an ADT agent to "call back". I selected this option at 10am this morning. Still waiting (its now 14h20) I am SO fed up with ADT and their general DISGUSTING SERVICE that it gives me great pleasure in placing this complaint with HelloPeter.com.
