I have been trying to get my service cancelled with ADT with no response. The reason for my cancellation is exactly this reason that they have no service. I wanted an upgrade on my alarm. I am still waiting for someone to come and see me - from November!!! They obviously do not need more business. I do not want someone to phone me to promise me better service, like Antionette did. i just want my service to stopped. I have emailed twice and phoned twice with no response. I will write a Hello peter complaint each day until I have confirmation of the cancellation.
