Pathetic Call Centre

I am purchasing a Merc. Benz E200 and needed to have a early warning system put in the vehicle at Cargo East Rand. I got a message to phone a Galon of Matrix at 011 654 8035 and spent the entire time trying to get hold of the person. The call is answered by an automated voice which says Press 1 for new Leads Press 2 for repair leads. This is in itself confusing as I am trying to provide details of myself for a tracking system. I spent the entire afternoon trying to get this person and up to 15 minutes a call and nobody answers. Therefore I no longer want to have anything to do with Matrix because if this is the service they provide I can do without it. In my opinion Matrix service, as far as customer service is concerned is pathetic, and this appears to be shown by looking at the complaints by other users on Hellopeter.
