WE MUST BE REFUNDED, BUT NOTHING YET!!

We have been paying for TWO vehicle tracking systems and we have been annoyed EVERY time we start the ONE car that the system is in!!!

Below is my predicament:: Paying for TWO systems but only one car. No use contacting Matrix because the one person at the call centre transfers you to the other and so on and so on...

Kindly advise when Matrix will do the re-payment of the premiums we have paid up since August 2012 up to the end of May 2013 FOR A CONTRACT THAT DOES NOT EXIST!!
You have to agree that you have been informed by Auto-Exec (Witbank) about the system we wanted to take out of the Jeep Cherokee WHEN WE SOLD IT IN AUGUST 2012 and install in the Land Rover we purchased, however we opted for installing the upgradd Matrix system in our Land Rover then?
You will also agree that one can't REMOVE your Matrix system without notifying you?
You will also agree that one can't UPGRADE on an existing MATRIX system without notifying you?
Therefore, kindly advise when this matter will be settled, so that we can expect the rebate.
