THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHERE MY VEHICLES ARE. I cannot trust my families security with them any longer my last respnse from them was they have software problems. there the cybersleuth map shows that my vehicles are in budapest.By the way it takes over 15 minutet to get through their customer service. HA HA.
N. b I have audio recordings of their excuses and in their failure of fulfilling their obligation of security in tracking my vehicles.
