We had a faulty alarm that kept going off 5 to 6 times a day due to the censors not working correctly. We spoke to an agent and requested a technician to come out to the premises. a Appointment was made for 22/11/2013 for 16:00. I had to leave work earlier to open up and waited all afternoon and no one pitched up. After a struggle to get hold of ADT, a new date was set for 23/11/2013 for 08:00 and again no one came. Eventually another date was made for 25/11/2013 at 18:00. We received numerous calls from 17:00 to state the technician was there after a time was set. The faulty system was fixed. The next day we noticed the technician deactivated a few other functions such as alarm doesn't go off when entering house, censors doesn't pick up movement until about 5min later. Again we phoned ADT to have someone fix the problems. Date and Time was arranged for 04/12/2013 and again I had to leave work earlier just to find out no one was coming. Today out of the blue we received a call stating the technician was at the house at 09:00 without any confirmation from ADT. We struggle to speak to a manager as we get cut off every time. I cant leave for the same thing for the 3rd time again.
