5 days and still no response from a technician

I purchased a brand new car on the 21/11/13 and the netstar unit was fitted on. When I got to the dealership, the remote was no longer activating or deactivating the tracking unit. I called netstar sevreal times on the 22/11/13 and 23/11/13, the unit was reset but was still not working. The light on the remote comes on when pressed but there is no beeping sound. I called again on the 25/11/13 and 26/11/13 for a technician to be sent out to have a look at the unit, I was told that I would be contacted back and have not received any response. It is alarming how pathetic the service is from netstar! The cusrtomer service centre is always 'busy' no matter what time you call, you will always be n hold for more than 10 minutes, get transferred around and nobody does anything to actually help or solve the problem. I am sick and tired of calling, it has already been 5 days and I am afraid to drive my car anywhere because the tracking device is not active and if my car gets the insurance will not pay. Please take customers seriously and sort out the problem. I will be posting this on Hello Peter as well. Thanks!
