My System is not working & i have to wait 4 2moro

I moved in to my new place on sat the 7th of dec... but had installed an alarm system on the 30th of November.. of officially living here for only 3 days now, I realized that my sensors are not working. I just arrived from work and I am currently living alone. I called Mzansi and they said that for me to get a technician to my place I would have to pay R400!! to check a two week old system!! and just because I hadn't reported it in two weeks from the time it was installed they cant do anything. BUT IVE ONLY BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 3 days!! and they don't care that something could happen to me over night!!! because its company procedure, is what I was told. And tomorrow is Wednesday and I have to go to work which means I either have to wait with no security until sat!!! or leave work! which either way would cost me! AGAIN FOR A system that was checked just two weeks ago. Something definitely doesn't sound right here
