My car was and recovered on the 28th January. In March, Victor Van Der Merwe called my wife to make arrangements to re-fit the Tracker as he said that after a recovery they need to fit a new unit. I tried to contact Mr Van Der Merwe to make arrangements on numerous occasions but he could never take the call. Whilst driving the car without an active system I, out of desperation, contacted customer services and explained my problem. I suggested that since the Tracker unit had to be replaced (as per V Van Der Merwe) to rather upgrade to the Skytrack unit. I have been billed for two contracts on this car. My understanding was that it was a replacement on the first unit. If I was informed that the I am liable for the first contract as well the upgrade to Skytrack as a separate contract I would have not agreed to the Skytrack. I contacted customer services and lodged my complaint on the 5th December 2013 and as at today 10 December still no reply.
