Never again!

I have bought an alarm system which has been installed (R10 000 later).
For more than 2 1/2 months I've been trying to get it in a working condition again by making regular appointments. Sometimes I wait in vain and other times it takes very long to get another appointment. After "fixes" something else goes wrong and it seems that it will never stop & that the System will never work 100%.
I plan to throw the rubbish out of my place since it's useless and risky to use anyway. False alarms become a normal & usual attribute of the system, causing me to drive from work each time to investigate. The latest is that the SIM card does not work.
Enough is enough...
