No service delivery after 3 weeks

They broke into our house and everything including our car keys so I had to get a tracker in my car, for safety purposes. I phoned netstar they gave me a quote and told me they will come and install the device at my home the following Saturday, I waited the Saturday no one came, Monday I phoned they said the next Saturday they come definitely, also they didn't. I was fed up so I phoned them again and they assured me they will make it their priority to come and install the device at my home, I wanted to go to a branch but they insisted on coming to me, again they phoned this time and let me know the car broke down so no one will be coming.
Really, all I want is to have the device in my vehicle but the service delivery is up to.
I also haven't heard from them yet, so I'll phone tracker instead and arrange something.
