I have been calm until now. I have phoned in about 5 times since 19 November 2013 to have my tracking unit upgraded to a better unit and also to give them my new banking details, it is 9 December 2013 today. I wanted to phone in again now... But why waste my time... They will just make empty promises again to get back to me. The last consultant I spoke to apologised about 3 times and said that he would prioritise my case and GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! I am going to look for a tracking company who actually wants my business.
