Tracker is useless

We bought a new car in December and Tracker was installed at the dealership. Now after two months we get a message that we have been handed over to Collectors. After further investigation we hear that they tried to deduct the debit order from the incorrect bank account!!! Where did they get this because they never phoned us to confirm the correct details. I want to know where they got the details... PATHETIC
