Unauthorised deductions and bad service

We moved into our new home and needed ADT to instal new Pet Friendly passives. I needed to deposit the amount to ADT before the technical crew would come out.

Included in this payment was a set up charge.

Then ADT deducted the same amount again via Debit Order on 23 Nov 13.

Received poor service to date from Credit Controllers without apology or explanation.

I only received feedback after I made a query.
