DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY USING SECURE ALL SECURITY

We had a major security installation by Secure All Security comprising an electric fence and a CCTV system - the quality of installation leaves a lot to de desired, there was no inspection of the quality of installation and getting the company back to do corrections has met with minimal interest. In addition, considering the cost of the installation, one would not expect very inferior product to be supplied, especially the CCTV cameras and DVR. Numerous promises were made and never kept, the most recent promise (Saturday 16th November 2014) was that everything will be sorted this weekend. As at 13h45 Saturday 16th November 2014, they have left the site, job incomplete and we have been advised that they will not be back this weekend - over several months they had been back to "do repairs", but it is still not complete.

In addition to this post, a complaint will also be lodged with the Consumer Council (under the CPA).
