Last night (Sunday 10/11/2013) at around 22:10 I had intruders in my yard; at which point I hit my panic button which is linked to your control room. At 22:13 your control room contacted me and I explained to the lady on the phone that someone is in my yard and need assistance. At 22:20 no one had arrived and I called your contact centre again; who told me your response team is on the way; by 22:30 still the response team was not there yet; I called again and spoke to the manager on duty. The response team than only arrived at 22:45. I phone in this morning (Monday 11/11/2013) around 7:30am and asked for complaints department; I was told no one was available to deal with my complaint and I will be contacted. I phone back at 11am and still got the run around from your company. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate what happened as my family and myself were under treat and it took 30 minutes for a response unit to reach us. You co-operation in this matter will be appreciated and feedback will be highly regarded.
