Security boom falling on top of my ca

On friday the 8th went to the mall at about 8h55 and the boom fell on top of my car because there was another car that never took his ticket and boom did not open for him, and instead of the guy that is employed by the company telling him to reverse and get his ticket he himself takes the ticket from the machine gave it to the drive but boom still did not open, i was behind before the machine and this same guy that is employed bu the security company told me to go forward so i told him does that customer not know that he has to take the ticket for the boom to open, and at the same time he asked me to go forward to take my ticket, so i did and the boom open for me but the guy in front had to go and so did i and half way in the boom fell on top of my car R 1604.40 later of damages i am still waiting for them to came back to me after investigation the CCTV to see if I am right or wrong, I have tried to ask the OPS manager what is going on and he told me to send him the quote and would contact me Tuesday no later than 11h00, still waiting. Now I ask what the I go to the mall minding my own business and because they have incompetent people working there I loose out
